As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers, technicians, and dealership operations by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time. You'll help create an efficient, customer-focused Parts Department while supporting the launch of Dartmouth Mitsubishi's brand-new facility.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts and accessory needs
Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
Working closely with Technicians and Service Advisors to source parts for repairs and reconditioning
Preparing accurate parts quotes, estimates, invoices, and documentation
Ordering parts for service repairs, vehicle reconditioning, and approved stock requirements
Reviewing upcoming service appointments and preparing parts to improve technician efficiency
Supporting used vehicle reconditioning through accurate parts estimates and ordering
Recommending genuine Mitsubishi parts and accessories that enhance vehicle ownership
Processing parts returns, core returns, and inventory adjustments accurately
Maintaining an organized, professional, and efficient Parts Department
Collaborating with Sales, Service, and Administration teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
The ideal candidate:
Has previous automotive parts experience or dealership experience (an asset)
Provides exceptional customer service with professionalism and urgency
Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Communicates effectively with customers, technicians, suppliers, and team members
Is reliable, accountable, and motivated to contribute to a high-performing team
Thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Is comfortable using dealership technology, inventory systems, and parts ordering platforms
Has a positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Previous Parts Advisor experience is considered an asset; however, we welcome candidates with strong customer service, organizational, and automotive backgrounds who are eager to grow their career.
