We are recruiting for a casual/back-up Personal Support Worker to assist a private male employer who had a stroke with all activities of daily living.
The employer enjoys music and karaoke.
Start Date: Immediately
Location:
- Burnaby, BC (Near Christine Sinclair Community Centre)
Shifts & Hours of Work:
- Casual/Back-up
- Monday, Thursday, and Saturdays
- 10:00am to 2:00pm
- These will be the days and time you will be called when needed
Compensation:
Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
- Assist with personal care such as toileting, and bathing/showering
- Meal preparation, and feeding
- Transfers with a Hoyer Lift
- Light housekeeping duties
Required Qualifications:
- Must be physically fit and able to assist with transfers
- Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19 (2 doses minimum)
- Experience with Stroke patients

Pay: $24.00 per hour
