The Systems Integrator and Backup Network Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations across the organization’s technology ecosystem. This role also serves as the secondary administrator for the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:

Systems Integration Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ERPNext, internal applications, cloud services, and legacy on-prem systems.

API Development: Build, document, and maintain RESTful APIs and webhooks to support automation, data exchange, and workflow orchestration.

Cloud and Hybrid Systems: Support integrations across SaaS platforms, private cloud, and on-prem environments.

Backup Network Administration: Provide secondary support for switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and monitoring systems.

Automation and Scripting: Develop scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell to automate tasks, improve reliability, and reduce manual workload.

Security and Compliance: Implement secure integration patterns, manage access controls, and support network security posture.

Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose integration failures, network issues, and system performance problems across the stack.

Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for integrations, APIs, network configurations, and operational procedures.
Required Credentials & Skills:

3-5+ years in systems integration, platform engineering, or full‑stack development.
-
Strong experience with ERPNext / Frappe Framework (customization, scripting, deployment).

Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and integration middleware.

Hands‑on experience with Python, JavaScript, and scripting languages.
-
Familiarity with Linux administration, containers (Docker), and reverse proxies.

Working knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP.

Experience supporting hybrid environments (cloud + on‑prem).

Understanding of identity and access management (SSO, OAuth2, LDAP).

Ability to translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills
-
Experience with Frappe Cloud, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or Google Workspace integrations.

Familiarity with message queues (Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka).

Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure‑as‑code.
-
Background in data modeling or ETL pipelines.

ERPNext Customization — Configure modules, develop custom apps, extend DocTypes, and manage Frappe/ERPNext deployments.
