What the Role Looks Like:
This is a high-energy, active outdoor role. You won’t be stuck behind a desk.
- Connect with Homeowners: Market door-to-door in Kelowna neighborhoods to introduce our brand.
- Educate & Set Up: Spot roofing needs, educate customers on our services, and set up appointments (you do not have to close the final sale).
- Track Your Success: Use our simple CRM app to enter leads and track your neighborhood stats.
- Learn from the Best: Participate in daily team training and culture sessions to sharpen your communication skills.
