Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Red-seal Automotive Mechanic or MVI Certified to join our team in providing high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, excellent mechanical knowledge, and experience working with various tools and schematics.
Salary: 40-45/hr + bonus
4% vacation pay, health insurance available
Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle problems using mechanical knowledge, schematics, and diagnostic tools
- Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with vehicle inspections and ensure all work meets dealership or industry standards
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and timelines
- Conduct heavy lifting as required for parts and equipment handling
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 48 per week
