Main Purpose of the job:
The HR Coordinator will support Human Resources department. This position will involve managing HR functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and record maintenance and general HR support to staff members. The HR Coordinator will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in the HR team environment.
Key Responsibilities:HR Duties:
- Employee File Management: Manage and maintain employee files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Benefits Administration: Administer health and benefit plans for employees, ensuring accurate enrollment and updates.
- Employee Inquiries: Answer employee questions and requests regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Recruitment: Assist in recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and conducting necessary training.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate employee records in an online HR management system.
- Payroll Support: Submit payroll data to the payroll department semi-monthly and assist in preparing payroll reports for the finance team.
- HR Requests: Handle HR-related requests and provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Should be able to complete any other duties as assigned
Work Environment:
- Shared office with the Human resources Manager and access to co-working spaces promoting collaboration and communication.
- Access to private spaces for confidential HR discussions and interviews.
Hours:
- Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.
- Flexible hours with the option to adjust start and end times, provided core business hours are covered.
Technology and Equipment:
- Access to a dedicated workstation equipped with necessary hardware (laptop and peripherals provided by CEE).
- High-speed internet access is required should there be remote work.
Physical Demands:
- Occasional lifting of items (up to 30 lbs.)
- Prolonged periods of sitting while working at a desk or in meetings.
Collaboration:
- Regular interaction with the HR Manager as well as cross-departmental collaboration.
- Participation in team meetings and training sessions, both in-person and virtually

Wage: $17.60/hour
