Skilled Handyman Wanted for West End Toronto Property Portfolio
We are seeking a skilled and organized handyman to independently manage maintenance tasks across a portfolio of multi-residential and boarding homes in West End Toronto, primarily west of Dufferin and south of Wilson. The role involves rotating among several properties with tasks coordinated daily to optimize travel and time management. Candidates must have their own tools and vehicle, with a pickup truck considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and drywall repairs
- Install cabinets and flooring/tiling
- Assemble and repair furniture
- Conduct cleaning and garbage disposal
- Manage travel and time coordination between properties
- Rotate assignments among various property locations
- Report maintenance progress and issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Follow daily task plans and schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in property maintenance
- Proficient in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, flooring, and drywall
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
