Reporting to the Estimating Director (Civil & Building), you will:
Participate in preparing proposals alongside estimators from other disciplines;
Analyze plans, specifications, and contractual requirements to identify risks and opportunities;
Assess subcontracting needs and coordinate external estimates;
Source, solicit, and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors;
Negotiate prices and maintain a database of specialized partners;
Plan work methods and propose cost-optimization solutions;
Calculate quantities, labor costs, and project costs;
Participate in developing preliminary budgets and schedules;
Prepare and compile the required tender documents.
