Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Home renovation professional to support various construction and home improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchens, bathrooms, basements and anything interior. This role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively on-site with minimal to no supevsion. Must have good people skills.
MUST HAVE RENOVATION EXPERIENCE ON THEY'RE RESUME AND OR SUB CONTRACTING BACKGROUND
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of construction projects by performing various tasks as directed by the lead contractor or project manager.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and fixture installation.
- Support plumbing and electrical installations under the supervision of licensed professionals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Experience
Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- Carpentry (including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, door installations etc)
- Plumbing and electrical experience
- Flooring installation skills
- Full renovation background is preferred
