We are a company in manufacturing of glass and lighting fixtures.
Responsibilities involve:
1. Creating invoices via Quick Books
2. Processing Payments & Receivables
3. Creating shipping packets and dockets
4. Answering phone calls & Taking messages
5. Creating mailing packets to be mailed out
Our ideal candidate would have a high attention to detail and organizational skill set is a must. Basic training is provided.
