About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Foreman who is able to Travel out of town daily to oversee and manage our projects on-site. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in both residential and commercial construction-related projects, site -supervision, and a variety of hands-on skills (specifically in Painting, Finishing Work and Carpentry). This role requires a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, Standards, Procedure, safety protocols, and the ability to coordinate a team to ensure project success on time with acceptable quality.
Responsibilities:
The Site Foreman will be responsible for daily on-site operations while reporting to the operations manager and company owner. Such responsibilities will include:.
- Overseeing daily operations on commercial & residential sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules
- Manage and supervise a construction team, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project milestones
- Scheduling, Pickup & Deliver of Site Materials
- Assist Construction teams with Project Task completion by Providing technical expertise & physical support to complete tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols across the site
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets specified standards
- Communicate daily with the Operations Manager, Owner & Clients regarding project details, updates, etc...
- Maintain relationships with clients on-site
Qualifications
- at least 4 Years Work experience on commercial & residential construction sites.
- Finishing Work experience (Specifically: Painting Walls, Spraying Ceilings, Removing Carpet & Installing Vinyl Flooring, Removing & Installing Wooden Baseboards / Trims, Removing & Installing Cabinets - All Considered Assets).
- Excellent management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Organized and Clear-headed, able to think ahead, contingency plan and not get distracted
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in quality control and safety compliance
- Physically Strong with the ability to move heavy materials, and complete physically demanding work.

Pay: $6,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
