About Mulu Jewelry
Mulu Jewelry is a luxury jewelry brand specializing in fine jewelry and custom creations. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Inventory & Retail Systems Specialist to take full ownership of our inventory operations and establish accurate inventory management across all locations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys organizing systems, solving inventory problems, and building efficient processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a complete inventory audit across all Mulu Jewelry locations.
- Organize, clean up, and maintain inventory in the Lightspeed Retail POS system.
- Create and assign barcodes for all inventory items.
- Verify physical inventory against system records and resolve discrepancies.
- Organize inventory by location, category, and storage.
- Manage transfers between store locations.
- Develop and maintain inventory procedures and best practices.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
- Work closely with management to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Train staff on proper inventory handling and inventory procedures.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management experience.
- Experience with Lightspeed Retail POS is highly preferred.
- Experience in the jewelry, luxury retail, or fashion industry is a strong asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to lift and organize inventory when required.
- Reliable transportation to travel between GTA locations.
