Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce.
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support business growth.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for internal review and client meetings.
- Monitor industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a competitive industry, ideally Cannabis or CPG
- Strong background in negotiation, project management, and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools such as Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships and expanding market share.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
