BLANKは、バンクーバー、バーナビー、コキットラムを中心に、一般住宅向けの高品質なハウスクリーニングサービスを提供しています。お客様に安心と信頼をお届けするため、現在、当社のコアメンバーとして一緒に成長してくれる「誠実なスタッフを1名」募集しています。
■ 絶対に譲れない3つのルール
当社はお客様の大切なご自宅を預かるプロフェッショナルです。以下の3点をお約束いただける方のみご応募ください。
- 細部への注意（Attention to Detail） 四隅までしっかり掃除するなど、汚れを一切見落とさず、心を込めて丁寧にお掃除できること。
- お客様への思いやり（Compassion） お客様の家具や持ち物を大切に扱い、笑顔で明るく挨拶をし、一生懸命コミュニケーションを取ろうとする姿勢があること（英語が完璧である必要はありません）。
- 絶対の誠実さ（Absolute Honesty） 時間を誤魔化さないこと。万が一、ミスや破損が発生した際にも絶対に隠さず、言い訳せずに迅速に報告・相談ができること。
■ 仕事内容と働き方
- 内容: 一般家庭の清掃業務（キッチン、バスルーム、リビングなど）です。
- 特徴: 最初は代表の私が同行し、丁寧に手順を教えます。慣れてきたら1人でお任せします。
- 勤務ペース: 月に3、4回程度からスタート（ご相談に応じます）。
■ 応募資格
- カナダで適法に就労可能なビザをお持ちの方（残り1年程度の期限がある方歓迎）。
- 「業務委託（個人事業主）」契約に同意いただける方（※給与からの税金天引きはありません。ご自身のタックスリターンでの申告が必要です）。
- 指定の作業マニュアルおよび報告ルールを厳守できる方。
- 笑顔でお客様と英語でコミュニケーションを取ろうとする誠実な姿勢がある方。
■ 給与と待遇（メリット）
- 報酬: $18.25 〜 $25.00 / 時給換算（※業務の丁寧さや接客態度に応じて随時昇給を検討します）。
- 有給トレーニング: 同行（研修）期間中も同額の報酬を全額支給します。
- 遠方手当: コキットラム等の遠方の現場に1人で向かう際は、通常の報酬とは別に「通勤手当」を上乗せして支給します。
- 時間に追われない環境: 優しいお客様ばかりです。時間にゆとりを持たせているため、焦らず丁寧な作業に集中できます。
- 身軽に通勤可能: 掃除用具はお客様宅にあるものを使用するため、重い機材の持ち運びはありません。公共交通機関で通勤可能です。

BLANK provides premium residential cleaning services across Vancouver, Burnaby, and Coquitlam. We pride ourselves on offering reliable, high-quality care that gives our clients peace of mind. We are currently looking for one dedicated team member to grow with us.
Our 3 Core Rules (Non-Negotiable)
Before you read any further, please understand that we do not compromise on these three values. We only welcome candidates who can strictly promise the following:
- Attention to Detail: You must clean thoroughly down to the four corners of every room and leave no dirt behind.
- Compassion & Problem Solving: You respond to client requests with care and actively try to solve problems with a professional, respectful attitude.
- Absolute Honesty: If any mistakes or damages occur, you must report them immediately and honestly without making excuses or hiding them. Any breach of honesty will result in immediate termination.
Job Duties & Expectations
- Perform residential cleaning tasks (kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, etc.).
- Initially, you will work alongside the owner to learn our standard procedures.
- Once trained, you will independently manage assigned locations.
- Schedule: Approximately 3 to 4 times a month to start (flexible/negotiable).
Requirements
- Must hold a legal, valid work permit in Canada (with at least 1 year remaining preferred).
- Must agree to an Independent Contractor contract (No tax withholding; you are responsible for filing your own tax return).
- Ability to strictly follow operational manuals and reporting rules.
- Friendly attitude and a willingness to communicate with clients in English (fluency is a plus, but a sincere effort to communicate is most important).
Salary & Benefits
- Rate: $18.25 – $25.00 / hour (Depending on performance, quality of work, and attitude).
- Paid Training: The same hourly rate will be fully paid during the initial training/onboarding period.
- Travel Allowance: Additional travel allowance will be provided when traveling independently to distant locations (e.g., Coquitlam).
- Stress-Free Environment: Our clients are wonderful and friendly. We set realistic timeframes for each home so you can focus on cleaning thoroughly without feeling rushed.
- No Heavy Equipment to Carry: Cleaning supplies are provided on-site at the clients' homes. You can commute light by public transit.
