The Water MitigationTechnician will be expected to respond quickly to emergencies such as water, sewage, or fire-related issues. Extract water from water/fire-damaged structures, setting up containment/content protection, performing demolition such as removing damaged or wet building materials like carpet, hardwood, baseboard, cabinets, drywall, and laminate. Precise contents handling and assessment of salvageable and non salvageable contents. Take accurate moisture readings and properly set up drying equipment to minimize drying time.
Deliver materials for restoration jobs. Assist with Commercial kitchens and hood Cleanings.
Work hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, but you may be required to work after 5:00 to complete daily tasks if required. Must be able to work monthly rotation and on-call hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Experience is a necessity; you must have a valid driver's license with a good record.
Water Damage Restoration (WRT) certification is a must.
Guaranteed 40 hours a week.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the business and services offered, advise customers appropriately, qualify jobs to be completed and gain the confidence of clients
