Part-time physiotherapy clinic receptionist position in a fast-paced physiotherapy & allied health clinic. We have been serving the community for over 30 years, located adjacent to the Nepean Sportsplex.
Position includes free parking, team support, growth opportunities, and a collaborative, fun work environment!
We focus on sports/orthopedic physiotherapy, Women's Health (including Pelvic Physiotherapy), massage therapy, dietitian consultations, mental performance consultations, chiropodist custom orthotics consultations, and traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture.
Work hours = Evening hours — approximately 3:30pm–8:30pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
This is a great opportunity for Algonquin students, new Kinesiology graduates, or anyone interested in gaining exposure to the clinical world.
Responsibilities include:
Front-line & administrative duties:
- Client scheduling and payment processing.
- Customer service and phone & email correspondence.
- Online payment processing for Blue Cross clients.
- Administrative duties: scanning, faxing, photocopying, and digital filing (no paper charts).
- Assist with clinic invoicing and receivables.
Clinical support:
- Assist with clinic health, cleaning, and safety procedures.
- Assist with clinic laundry.
Growth & development:
- Assist with policy and program development for clinic processes (office forms, etc.).
- Assist with marketing, advertising, and social media content and scheduling.
What we're looking for:
Qualities:
- Friendly and energetic.
- Passion for client/customer care.
- Fast learner and strong multitasker.
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral & written); French beneficial but not necessary.
Skills & experience:
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Sheets; Clinicmaster experience is an asset.
- Background in hospitality or customer service is an asset.
