We’re looking for a high-performing, customer-focused Sales Consultant who loves meeting people, building trust, and closing deals. If you thrive in sales, enjoy helping homeowners, and want strong earning potential — this role is for you.
This is an in-home sales role (not remote).

What We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to sell & hit targets
- ️ Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident presenting and guiding customers to decisions
- Organized, reliable, and great with follow-up
- Tech-savvy (tablet, quoting tools, CRM apps)
- Motivated, competitive, and self-driven
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Eye for design is an asset — but this is a sales-first role
Experience & Requirements
- ✔️ 2+ years sales or customer-facing experience (required)
- ✔️ Window coverings experience (required)
- ✔️ Secondary education (required)
- ✔️ Valid Class 5 driver’s licence (clean record)
- ✔️ Monday–Friday + 1 Saturday per month
Compensation
$80,000 – $120,000+ per year
Commission-based with monthly bonuses
