Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
- Change bed linens, replenish supplies, and ensure all areas are tidy and well-maintained
- Wash laundry and fold clothes
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and surface disinfecting
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, hospitality, or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina; ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage is a plus
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Pay: $16.10-$25.34 per hour
