We're a family farm operation based near Watford, Ontario, and we're looking for someone who knows farm life firsthand. Whether it's troubleshooting equipment or putting in a full day in the field, you take it in stride because that's just how you were raised.

Responsibilities
- Repairs & maintenance on farm machinery — tractors, planters, tillage equipment (~50% of your time)
- Minor truck & trailer maintenance — air lines, greasing, tires, lights, small fixes (~10%)
- Equipment operation — planting, tillage, grain buggy, backup operator as needed (~40%)
What we're looking for:
- Farm background is a must, you need to know how a farm works
- Mechanically capable with farm equipment
- Comfortable in the cab running a tractor for planting or tillage
- AZ license is a strong bonus
- Self-starter who can handle things independently during busy season
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
