We are seeking a service-oriented, team-focused professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences and working collaboratively with others to achieve outstanding results.
As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for a variety of front desk duties, including making reservations using effective sales techniques, enrolling guests in our loyalty program, maintaining accurate and detailed information in our reservation system, and providing memorable, high-quality service to every guest. You will also support the team with general administrative tasks as required.
The ideal candidate brings a positive, can-do attitude, works well in a team environment, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership in their work and workplace. Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
