Oversee daily operations for both front and back of house

Deliver outstanding guest experiences and respond to complaints professionally

Monitor food quality and presentation standards

Schedule staff and manage labour costs

Evaluate and coach team members to improve performance

Order food and supplies, ensuring efficient inventory management

Enforce sanitation, safety, and hygiene regulations

Uphold brand image and operational standards

Control costs and reduce waste

Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports

Promote the brand locally through community engagement and events

Train new and existing staff to Pür & Simple standards

Minimum two years of experience in the restaurant industry

Preferred:
