We are seeking a skilled and personable Medical Esthetician to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert skincare treatments and enhance guest experiences in a professional, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for skincare, and the ability to perform a variety of esthetic services. As a Medical Esthetician, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest services, promoting product knowledge, and supporting retail sales.
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of medical esthetic treatments including facials, microneelding and peels
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on guest needs
- Deliver excellent guest services by creating a relaxing and professional atmosphere
- Educate guests on skincare routines, product demos, and retail options to enhance their experience and satisfaction
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, check-ins, and guest inquiries
- Promote retail sales through upselling techniques while maintaining a focus on guest needs and preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge to provide expert advice
Requirements
- Valid medical esthetician license
- Proven experience in skincare treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with guests
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within esthetic services
- Ability to perform retail sales and upselling in a professional manner
- Excellent communication skills to educate guests about products and treatments
- Experience working at the front desk or in guest services is a plus
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
