Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selections, including clothing, accessories, and related merchandise
- Conduct product demos and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays to highlight new arrivals and promotional items
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, sales transactions, and receipts
- Upsell additional products or accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage stock levels, organize merchandise on shelves, and ensure the store remains clean and orderly
- Use communication skills to answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism
- Support inventory management by conducting stock counts and assisting with product replenishment
- Demonstrate knowledge of store policies, including return procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory counts
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk comfortably around the store, and lift moderate loads
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock displays and maintain store cleanliness
- Experience with merchandising techniques and product demos is advantageous
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products can be beneficial but is not mandatory
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
