SpaMarketing.com is a digital marketing company for spa's in North America.
We are looking for a full-time Sales Setter to join our growing team.
In this role, you will speak with inbound leads, qualify potential clients through Zoom calls, follow up with leads generated through advertising campaigns, and perform cold outreach to prospective businesses through phone calls and other communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Zoom discovery/qualification calls with inbound leads
- Follow up with leads generated through paid advertising campaigns
- Perform cold outreach and cold calling to prospective businesses
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team
- Keep detailed notes and update CRM systems (SalesForce)
- Follow up consistently with leads throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable on Zoom and phone calls
- Confident speaking with business owners
- Organized and able to manage follow-ups
- Sales, customer service, or call center experience is an asset
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Full-time availability
Compensation
Competitive base pay plus performance incentives.
