Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Banquet Servers to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during events and banquets, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.
Evening shifts / should be able to understand Punjabi
Duties
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner during banquets and events
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and serving stations
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, adhering to food safety standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing needs promptly and professionally
- Clear tables and clean service areas efficiently after events
- Handle food with proper safety procedures, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the establishment’s hospitality standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and guest services
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to serve multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events as needed
- Prior hotel or food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes safely
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
