Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and technical sales to help them make informed decisions
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling, transactions, and receipts accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized merchandise displays, perform merchandising tasks, and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Conduct product demos when necessary to showcase features and benefits to customers
- Handle cash register operations including basic math calculations, cash handling, and balancing registers at shift end
- Support inventory management by receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and conducting stock counts
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
- Organizational skills to manage merchandising tasks efficiently and maintain store cleanliness
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
- Experience with tools such as POS systems, merchandising, or inventory management systems is advantageous
