- experience with framing, siding, trim work, cabinet installation, flooring, drywall, and painting
- skilled trade person who puts customer service and quality workmanship above all else,
- excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills,
- the ability to work independently with minimum supervision,
- the ability to follow directions,
- exceptional problem-solving skills
- the ability to meet deadlines
- must have own hand tools
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean driver abstract
