Wascana Soccer Academy Inc. in Regina is looking for motivated, outgoing and enthusiastic Soccer Coaches who are engaging and high energy for our youth soccer programs serving U7, U9, and U11 players.
At Wascana Soccer Academy, we focus on building the player as a whole. We understand that each player is at a different stage of development, both physically and in relation to the game of soccer itself. Our training identifies the current strengths and gaps of each individual player and builds on the foundations of their overall, long-term development. Physical literacy is a top priority — giving our players the building blocks to enjoy and excel not just at soccer, but at physical activity in general. Alongside physical literacy training, players are taught the technical skills needed to grow in the game, with an emphasis on technical proficiency that allows players to be receptive to more complex tactical concepts as they progress.
The primary responsibility of the Academy Coach is to run team sessions and games in line with the Club’s development objectives, including training, games, player development, and off-field parent communication. Coaches will also assist the Technical Director with operational planning and other development priorities.

- Lead players in training, games, festivals, and tournaments
