About The Position:

We're hiring a Window Frame Assembler for a small, well-established shop in Hamilton. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, low-turnover environment where your work directly contributes to the finished product.
Wage: $22.00 per hour
What You'll Be Doing:

Assemble aluminum window frames (no glass installation)

Measure and cut materials using tape measures (imperial & metric)

Operate tools such as chop saws and basic shop equipment

Assist with foam filling and finishing processes
-
Support basic robotic welding operations (training provided)

Work closely with a small team to complete custom orders
What We Are Looking For:

Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or construction

Ability to accurately read a tape measure (down to 1/8')

Comfortable working with hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and quality

Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn

Experience with aluminum or window/door manufacturing

Welding experience or exposure to robotic welders

Experience using saws or cutting equipment
