Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Driver/Helper with Renovation Knowledge to assist our delivery team in providing exceptional service to our customers. This role involves supporting the driver with loading, unloading, and delivering products while ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle, ensuring safe handling of all items.
- Help navigate delivery routes and communicate effectively with the driver to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from customers.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and warehouse area.
- Support warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and equipment handling.
- Operate forklifts or other machinery when necessary (if certified).
Qualifications
- EXPERIENCE AS A HANDYMAN OR KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CONSTRUCTION
- GOOD ORGANIZER
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) safely and efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings as required.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
