Key Responsibilities
· Process customer warranty claims and product returns in a timely and accurate manner
· Review warranty requests to ensure they meet manufacturer and company requirements
· Communicate with customers, sales representatives, and vendors regarding claim status and return procedures
· Issue Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and track returned products
· Coordinate with the warehouse team for receiving, inspection, and processing of returned items
· Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, returns, credits, and replacements
· Work with suppliers to submit warranty claims and recover credits when applicable
· Identify recurring product issues and report trends to management
· Ensure warranty and return processes comply with company policies and supplier agreements
· Assist with customer inquiries related to product defects, returns, or replacements
· Assist with unloading incoming shipments; must be physically capable of lifting and moving products safely.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in warranty processing, returns coordination, customer service, or a similar administrative role is considered an asset
· Experience in the automotive, distribution, or wholesale industry is considered an asset
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ERP systems
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
