We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
