This opportunity is ideal for confident closers who are driven by results and want full control over their income. There is no cold calling — our team provides qualified leads and operational support so you can focus on selling and building client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Manage company-provided warm leads
- Meet with homeowners and present products and renovation solutions
- Take measurements and discuss style/design preferences
- Guide clients through the complete sales cycle
- Handle project payments and documentation
- Collect customer reviews and referrals
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Stay in contact with clients throughout project completion
- Coordinate with the internal team to support project flow and customer satisfaction

Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Clear driving record
- Basic computer literacy
