We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales specialist to lead our sales and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in B2C sales, and business development. Duties
- Conduct outreach activities such as cold calling, emails campaigns generate leads and build the client network.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to target markets, including outside sales efforts
- Cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining strong relationships
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their technical knowledge and sales skills
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B /B2C sales preferred
- Previous Experience in retail sales/outside sales/account management or business development preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively
- Strong communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or Certification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
