Position Overview:
As Renso Foods continues to grow across Canada, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support our procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier management activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth flow of products from suppliers to customers by maintaining optimal inventory levels, coordinating imports, and supporting operational efficiency across our supply chain network.
The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working with suppliers, warehouses, logistics partners, and internal teams across multiple locations and time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate purchasing, inventory replenishment, and supplier communications to ensure product availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning across multiple product categories.
- Manage inbound shipments, import documentation, and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records and prepare operational reports.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, service levels, and costs.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, or logistics coordination.
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP systems and import/export processes is an asset.
- English required; Vietnamese language skills are an asset.
