Job Summary
Indufast Industrial Fasteners is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in a Shipping & Receiving role. We specialize in fasteners and fastener manufacturing and operate in a niche industry that requires patience, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn.
Position Responsibilities:
- Shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing products
- Preparing and processing waybills / bills of lading
- Loading and unloading materials using a forklift
- Verifying shipments and maintaining accurate records
- Organizing inventory and maintaining a clean workspace
Position Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Basic math skills
- Understanding of waybills / bills of lading
- Ability to use measuring tools (tape measure, ruler, calipers)
- Capable of lifting 40–50 lbs regularly
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Punctual and dependable
- Safety-first mindset at all times
Assets (Not Required):
- First Aid certification
- Forklift license

Hours of Operation:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime may be required during busy periods
