About the Role: We are a growing custom cabinet and manufacturing operation based in Calgary. We have a steady pipeline of work and need a highly skilled Cabinet Installer to join our team. We do not micromanage; we expect competence, precision, and professionalism. We are looking for someone who respects the craft, shows up on time, and gets the job done right the first time.
What You Will Do:
- Install custom cabinetry, millwork, and related components efficiently and to a high standard.
- Read and execute from shop drawings accurately.
- Manage the site environment, ensuring cleanliness and respect for the client’s property.
- Troubleshoot on-site variations with a calm, problem-solving mindset.
The Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience installing custom cabinets. (Please do not apply if you are a general handyman looking to learn on the job).
- Tools & Transport: Must have a reliable vehicle and a complete set of professional tools required for high-quality cabinet installation.
- Reliability: You show up when you say you will. Clear, honest communication is non-negotiable.
- Precision: You understand that millimeters matter. You take pride in seamless scribe lines, perfectly leveled boxes, and flawless door alignments.
Compensation & Structure:
- Pay: [$25 - $35] per hour (Depending on experience and working arrangement).
