Full-Time Handyman / Maintenance Technician Needed
We are looking for a reliable and experienced full-time handyman to join our property management team. The position involves general building maintenance, repairs, and renovations across multiple residential properties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential buildings
- Handle basic plumbing repairs (leaks, faucets, drains, toilets, etc.)
- Perform basic electrical work (lights, switches, outlets, troubleshooting)
- Repair drywall, painting, plastering, and finishing work
- Perform apartment turnovers and small renovations
- Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders
- Inspect buildings and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar position
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Valid driver's license is an asset
- French and English communication skills required
