Position Summary: Integrity Shoring is currently seeking a Anchors & Air Rotary Driller with a minimum of 3 years experience in structural shotcrete and shoring systems. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, values safety, and is willing to travel to remote project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
· Apply structural shotcrete (wet and/or dry mix) in accordance with project specifications and ACI standards
· Perform shotcrete work for shoring systems including soil nail walls, lagging, and excavation support
· Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot shotcrete pumps and related equipment
· Ensure proper application techniques to achieve required thickness, compaction, and finish
· Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements
· Conduct equipment inspections and routine maintenance
· Work closely with site supervisors and crews to meet production and quality targets
· Maintain strict adherence to company safety policies and site-specific safety plans
· Participate in quality control processes, including testing and inspections
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of experience
· Proven experience with soil nailing, excavation support, or retaining systems
· Strong knowledge of shotcrete materials, placement techniques, and finishing standards
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for extended periods
· Physically capable of performing demanding field work
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working in Canadian construction environments
· Additional certifications such as CSTS, WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid
· Experience working on remote or large-scale infrastructure projects
