About the Role

We're looking for an Account Representative (AR) who brings energy, accuracy, and a passion for client service to our growing team. As the backbone of our client experience, you'll support personal and commercial insurance accounts while working closely with Account Executives to deliver exceptional service. What You’ll Do
Client Service Excellence
Be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for clients via phone, email, or in-person.
Handle requests like policy updates, billing questions, and proof of insurance, all while sharing our unique approach to client care.
Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage that benefits clients, ensuring they feel fully supported and protected.
Keep the flow of operations smooth by escalating complex issues when necessary.
Policy Processing & Administration
Process policies, endorsements, cancellations, and more, with precision and a keen eye for detail.
Gather and verify documentation before submissions. Accuracy is our mantra!
Collaborate with insurance carriers to secure quotes and confirm coverage.
Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date client records. You’ll be the master of efficiency!
Renewals, Remarkets & Retention
Support renewal cycles by preparing documents and diligently tracking deadlines.
Assist in remarketing accounts, comparing quotes and coverage options to find clients the best deals available.
Help clients stay protected and informed, preventing policy lapses and ensuring peace of mind.
Billing & Accounts Support
Manage payments, billing inquiries, and account updates, always putting the client first.
Assist with reconciliations and follow-ups on outstanding balances to maintain financial integrity.
Support reinstatements, cancellations, and deposit processes, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure all work meets regulatory standards and company policies. Your diligence will help mitigate risk.
Maintain audit-ready documentation to support organizational transparency.
Participate in quality checks and continuous improvement efforts, always striving for excellence.
Team Collaboration
Partner with Account Executives and teammates to deliver seamless service—together, we achieve more!
Share knowledge and support a positive, high-performing team culture.
Step in during busy periods and help keep operations flowing, fostering a cooperative spirit.
What You Bring
High school diploma (post-secondary education is a bonus).
RIBO license (or currently working toward it, an exciting opportunity to grow!).
1–3 years of experience in insurance, administration, or client support.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with an ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence.
Experience with BMS/CRM systems is an asset.
