Our Patio Servers play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Beyond serving food and beverages, they create meaningful moments of connection by anticipating guest needs, offering warm and attentive service, and ensuring every meal is both seamless and memorable.

What You'll Do
- Warmly greet guests positively and professionally according to brand and service standards
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, highlight daily features and specials and use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
- Serve all items promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
- Maintains consistent knowledge of menu, restaurant and hotel features
- Clear and reset tables efficiently during and after service to maintain a clean, organized dining area.
- Process guest checks accurately and handle payments in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of assigned stations, service areas, and equipment at all times.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and occupational health & safety standards.
- Comply with all provincial liquor laws and hotel alcohol service policies.
- Support teammates and assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 1-year previous serving experience
- Must be Smart Serve certified.
- Familiarity with wine knowledge and pairings considered an asset
- Superior guest relations and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle high pressure situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Must be flexible to mornings, workdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must posses the ability to communicate effectively within a diverse team environment
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment with co-workers, managers, and guests.
