Duties
- Oversee daily retail operations and ensure exceptional customer service
- Lead, coach, schedule, and support retail staff while fostering a positive team culture
- Manage inventory, purchasing, product movement, and vendor relationships
- Monitor sales performance, labour costs, and operational expenses
- Support merchandising, promotions, and initiatives to drive sales growth
Assets
- Previous retail management experience is required
- Food, grocery, or specialty retail experience is an asset
- Experience with Shopify POS, QuickBooks Online, and inventory management systems
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
