Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the set-up and operation of press brake equipment, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety. This role is vital to achieving on-time delivery and customer satisfaction, contributing directly to our continued success.
Position Details

- Wage: $28.00–$32.00/hour (based on experience)
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Benefits: Available after 3 months (including dental, vision, extended health care, and on-site parking)
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in press brake set-up and operation
- Minimum 5 years in sheet metal fabrication
- Strong understanding of tool and die applications
- Ability to determine required tooling based on part review
- Experience with blueprint/engineering drawing interpretation
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems is an asset
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and follow instructions accurately
Primary Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Cincinnati Brake Press machinery using stainless and cold rolled steel
- Execute complex bending operations using custom and standard tooling
- Perform accurate measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and protractors
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Support training of new employees as required
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures
- Work overtime when necessary
