The Assistant Automotive Service Manager assists the Shop Manager with the management and operation of the shop.
Excellent opportunity for advancement to more senior management position.
* Greet customers and answer phones
* Provide service information i.e pricing and estimates for services
* Evaluate and assess vehicle repairs
requirements.
* Procuring parts.
* Managing and organizing work flow/bay management
* Prepare in-take paperwork.
* Liaison with customers
* Booking appointments and making follow-up calls
* Process sales transactions and related tasks including Fleet invoices through Management companies.
Automotive experience necessary
.JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Automotive service industry preferred. Knowledge of maintenance, tire-related and comprehensive mechanical service applications.
- Strong retail sales and expense control ability.
- Customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong telephone, verbal and written communication skills.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle license.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
