The Opportunity
Our Lloydminster Branch is seeking a skilled Parts Technician to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will handle daily parts department tasks while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
What You Bring
Required
- Journeyman Parts Technician Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with computer systems and inventory software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven client-facing service and relationship-building skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract (required upon hire)
Assets
- Experience in parts procurement and purchasing
- Familiarity with oilfield equipment and terminology
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily parts department functions, including ordering, processing, picking, and delivery
- Process customer orders and provide knowledgeable customer support
- Ensure customer needs are met efficiently and professionally
- Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory stocking procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records following established procedures
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the parts area
- Participate in on-call after-hours service rotation as required
