About the Role
We're a residential renovation company handling whole-home and multi-room remodels. We're looking for a skilled carpenter to join one of our crews. Our jobs move fast and scope often evolves as work progresses, so we need someone who's comfortable with hands-on problem-solving, not just following a fixed plan.
Responsibilities
- Frame, trim, and high-end finish carpentry for residential renovation projects
- Read and work from plans while adapting to on-site changes and client decisions
- Install cabinetry, doors, windows, trim, and custom millwork
- Collaborate with other trades and team members
- Maintain quality and safety standards on every job site
- Communicate progress and issues clearly with crew lead/project manager
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience laying ceramic tile
- Comfort working alongside plumbing, electrical, and other trades on active job sites
Requirements
- Proven experience as a carpenter in high-end residential construction/renovation
- Own reliable transportation and basic tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specs
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license
