We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated Senior Tennis Professional to join our growing team at a large, year-round indoor tennis facility. This leadership role is ideal for a certified tennis professional who is passionate about developing players of all ages and abilities while mentoring and supporting a team of instructors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of tennis instructors to ensure high-quality coaching standards and exceptional member experiences.
- Organize and oversee instructional programming for beginner, intermediate, and advanced players.
- Deliver engaging private lessons, group clinics, junior development programs, and adult programs.
- Assist with scheduling instructors, court assignments, and providing program curriculum.
- Monitor instructor performance and provide coaching, feedback, and professional development.
- Communicate effectively with members, parents, and staff to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Support tournaments, leagues, special events, camps, and club promotions.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment for all participants.
Qualifications
- Certified Coach 2 Tennis Professional (or equivalent preferred).
- Proven experience teaching players of all skill levels and age groups.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to motivate, mentor coaching staff and work collaboratively with management.
- Professional, reliable, and member-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
