Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and outgoing Marketing Co-op students to join our team as Community Ambassadors. This role provides hands-on experience in brand promotion, customer engagement, and market research.
You will represent our company in the community, helping promote our Home & Auto Insurance solutions while gaining real-world experience in marketing strategy, lead generation, and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct community outreach through Door-to-Door engagement and condo lobby activations
- Promote brand awareness and communicate key value propositions to potential clients
- Educate residents about insurance savings and better coverage options
- Collect verified customer information (renewal dates, number of vehicles, contact details)
- Achieve daily target of 7–8 qualified leads
- Support lead generation campaigns and track performance metrics
- Assist in executing local marketing initiatives and promotional strategies
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve messaging and targeting
- Always maintain professional representation of the company
- Work independently as well as in a team

Requirements:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident, polite and resilient personality
- Comfortable walking and standing for long hours
- Previous sales, retail, or door-to-door experience is a big plus
- Must have a valid work permit / SIN (for Canada)
- Clean criminal record
