If you are a licensed Driving instructor we will pay you up to a $3500 sign on bonus. If you would like to obtain your instructors license we will provide you paid training. Unlike most driving schools our instructors are employees (not independent contractors) . We provide the car, we pay for the gas and any repairs all you’ll need to do is provide the talent! Our instructors are also paid for ALL their time worked whether they are picking a student up at school or driving to meet their next student- it’s all paid. And if you work more than 44 hours/ week you’ll be paid time and a half.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- MTO Aprroved Beginner Driver Training
- Conduct student evaluations (marking and grading) and complete comprehensive student progress reporting
- Consistently demonstrates a professional code of conduct
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a licensed in-car and/or in-class instructor or willingness to obtain Ontario Driving instructor license
- Clean Vulnerable Persons Criminal Record
- Must have 5 years of Class G driving experience and 5 years of Insurance in Canada
SKILLS
- Naturally outgoing and at ease at interacting with others
- Confident decision making
- Strong understanding of customer service as part of a brand
COMPENSATION

- $2000 sign on bonus for already licensed in-car instructors
- $1500 sign on bonus for already licensed in-class instructors
