Company Overview
The Meridian Centre is a 5000 seat venue in St. Catharines, home of the Niagara Ice Dogs and Niagara River Lions. During the year we host a variety of hockey games, basketball games, concerts and other live events.
We are seeking part time, casual individuals to work in all departments within the venue, including: Guest Services, Box Office, Operations and Food & Beverage. These positions are vital in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional experiences and customer service during concerts, hockey games and family events.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
- Maintain professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events.
- Adhere to all safety and operational protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or retail environments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
